1.5oz El Jimador Blanco Tequila
3/4oz Cocchi Vermouth
1/4oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/4oz Amaro Montenegro
2 Dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters
2 Dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
GARNISH: Orange Peel
In a glass cocktail shaker add the El Jimador Blanco, Cocchi Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, Orange Bitters and Aromatic Bitters. Add ice and stir for 40 Seconds or until the cocktail is chilled and diluted. Strain into a coupe. Peel an orange. Zest and rim the cocktail coupe with the orange peel and drop into the cocktail for the garnish.
