How can I keep my AIR MILES® Cash Account safe?
One of the features in AIR MILES® Cash is being able to lock and unlock your Cash Account whenever you want.
For extra protection, Collectors are encouraged to "lock" their Cash Account. While Cash Accounts are locked, no AIR MILES Cash redemptions are possible, but collecting Miles can still go on like ever before. Collectors that choose to lock their Cash Account can unlock it in seconds prior to conducting an in-store Cash redemption by using the PIN associated with their Account online, the AIR MILES App or by using our Customer Care automated phone system.
To lock your Cash Account - Click Your profile located in the top right hand corner of the page, and select View transactions; then choose Lock my Account and follow the instructions.

You should ensure the email address we have on file for you is up-to-date to send AIR MILES Cash confirmation notifications.
How can I see the number of AIR MILES® Cash Miles I have?
How can I use my AIR MILES® Cash Miles in-store at participating Partner locations?
While at checkout, show the cashier your AIR MILES® Card and let them know you would like to use Cash Miles towards your purchase. You need to spend a minimum of $10 before tax; then every 95 Cash Miles will get you $10 off your purchase. Miles can be used in $10 increments up to $750 per Collector Cash Account, per day. While an Account is locked, no one is able to use Cash Miles in-store. However, Collectors can still get Miles using their AIR MILES Card or with the AIR MILES App, even when the Account is locked.
Collectors with the AIR MILES App can unlock their Accounts in seconds prior to using Cash Miles in-store, or this can be done by visiting www.airmiles.ca/cashlock and signing in to your profile with your Collector Number and PIN. Collectors can also unlock their Accounts using our automated phone system.

How do I set the Miles preference for my AIR MILES® Cash and Dream Accounts?
Changing the preference of Miles deposited in your AIR MILES® Cash and Dream Accounts couldn't be easier! Click on the Get Miles tab and select Set your preference.
Using the preference slider, you can setup or change the deposit preference for your Miles by moving the slider from 0% - 100% toward either your Cash or Dream Accounts. Once set, future Miles will be added to your accounts the way you want. Your preference can be changed as many times as you like and the change will take effect at 3:00am EST the following day.
Not setting your preference means that, all Miles you get will automatically go into your Dream Account and you won't be able to take advantage of the offers and promotions available with AIR MILES® Cash. For more information or to set your preference, click here.
What is an Online Cash Reward and how do I order one?
An AIR MILES® Online Cash Reward (or eVoucher) is like a virtual cash coupon. It's great for shopping online or in-store at participating Partners; starting at 95 Cash Miles = $10, you can get up to a maximum of $750 in Online Cash Rewards for yourself or share them with friends and family.
To order an Online Cash Reward, sign in to your profile with your Collector Number and PIN. Next, click the Rewards tab and select Online Cash Reward.
Once you've chosen your Online Cash Rewards and completed your order, you will receive two emails: one confirming your order and the other containing a link that will direct you to your Online Cash Reward.
I lost or didn't receive my AIR MILES® Online Cash Reward, what can I do?
If you've lost or haven't received your Online Cash Reward or eVoucher and you're within 12 months of the original order, you can have it resent to your email address. First, sign in to your profile with your Collector Number and PIN.
Click Your profile located in the top right-hand corner of the page, and select View transactions. Your statement will automatically display with the last 31 days of transactions. To see dates further back, select View statements from the drop-down menu. Once you've found the missing Online Cash Reward order, click to resend, then follow the prompts.
If possible, we also recommend using an alternate email address when resending Online Cash Rewards, and be sure to check your junk mail folders in case it has been sent there by mistake.
If an eVoucher was originally ordered on our Merchandise website, you'll be able to access the eVoucher by clicking on My Orders, located in the top right-hand corner of the page. From there you can reissue the missing eVouchers.
