What happens if I haven't received my order or I received the wrong item?

Can I use my Miles to cover the cost of shipping?
What is Cash and Miles?
Cash and Miles is a benefit for Collectors to purchase merchandise using a credit card and fewer Dream Miles on up to 40% of our merchandise available online. The "Cash and Miles" feature gives Collectors the ability to attain the Rewards even faster.
Where can I find out how many Miles I need for a flight?
If you have an idea of where you'd like to travel, visit our Travel page by clicking on Rewards, Dream Rewards, then select Travel and check out the Flight Search tool. You can also visit our Self-Serve Tools and try our interactive flight map: Where Can I Fly?

Can I mail my Reward to a different address?
Absolutely! Once you've added your Reward to the cart and are ready to "Go to checkout", you'll be asked to verify the shipping address. Select the option to click Ship to a different address... and fill out the required information. We cannot ship Rewards to PO boxes or rural routes, and all addresses need to be within Canada.
What is Tiered Pricing?
Tiered Pricing is the amount of Dream Miles required for merchandise based on Collector status. All Collectors will continue to enjoy our already exceptional pricing, while our Gold Collectors receive up to 10% off on all our merchandise Rewards available online, and Onyx Collectors receive up to 20% off.
