What happens if I haven't received my order, or received the wrong item?
If you have not received your order within the shipping time posted on your reward or received the wrong item, please contact us, and one of our Customer Care agents will help resolve the issue. To get in touch with us, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Contact us!
Can I use my Miles to cover the cost of shipping?
Can I mail my Reward to a different address?
Absolutely! Once you've added your reward to the cart and are ready to "Go to checkout"; you'll be asked to verify the shipping address. Select the option to click Ship to a different address... and fill out the required information. We cannot ship rewards to PO Boxes or Rural Routes, and all addresses need to be within Canada.
What is Member Pricing?
Member Pricing is a benefit for Collectors to access great retail prices on select merchandise such as electronics, kitchen tools, jewelry, and more by using some Dream Miles.
Onyx status Collectors can also access Member Pricing as one of their benefits; giving them great prices without using any Dream Miles.

Where can I find out how many Miles I need for a flight?
If you have an idea of where you'd like to travel, visit our Travel page by clicking on Get Rewarded, Dream Rewards, then select Travel and check out the Flight Search tool. You can also visit our Self-Serve Tools and try our interactive flight map: Where Can I Fly?
