Where can I see a list of items I've ordered or purchased from airmiles.ca with my credit card?
To view your list of items, you will first need to log onto your profile with your Collector number and PIN. Then select Your profile in the top right hand corner of your screen and click View Transactions. Then click on Transaction History and you can view all orders made within the last 12 months.
Shortly after making a purchase with your credit card, you'll receive an email with the details of your order, so be sure to check your email inbox.
Where can I check my Cash and Dream balances?
Once you've signed into your profile with your Collector number and PIN, the balances for your Cash and Dream accounts will appear at the top of the page.

How do I change the information in my profile?
To make changes to your profile information, you'll first need to sign in with your Collector number and PIN. Once you're all signed in, click on the Your profile drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the screen and select Update profile.
Once you're on the My Profile page, click any of the blue edit links and make changes to your information!
Why is my AIR MILES Card number closed?
AIR MILES accounts are closed if you have not collected, used, bought, or transferred at least one Mile for 24 consecutive months or longer. Once an Account is closed, all Miles within the Account will be lost.
To reactivate your Account, simply swipe your card at any Partner Location. You have the option to buy back lost Dream Miles in increments of 100 Miles for .15 cents per Mile plus tax (100 Miles = $15.00). These Miles are deposited into your Dream Account immediately upon purchase, so you can use them right away. To learn more, click on Get Miles and select Buy Miles from the drop down menu.
Please remember, Miles purchased cannot be added towards your AIR MILES Cash Account.
How do I receive promotional emails from AIR MILES®?
To opt in/opt out of receiving emails, or to update your email address, you'll first need to sign into your profile with your Collector number and PIN. Then select Your profile on the top right hand corner of your screen and click Update profile. To make changes to your email preferences click on the word edit in blue.
If you'd like to continue receiving emails from us, be sure we have your current email address on file and you have given consent to receive emails.
Opt in/opt out of receiving emails by checking or unchecking the box that states - "Yes, I would like to receive email offers and information from the AIR MILES® Reward Program and its Sponsors. You can change your mind at any time".
How do I order more AIR MILES Cards?
Collectors can order extra cards for family or friends, up to 2 at a time through our Order Cards self-service option located under the Need Help? tab. It can take about 2-3 weeks to receive your new AIR MILES cards in the mail. Click here to get started!
I have lost my card, how can I retrieve my Collector Card number?
If you have an email address on file with us, you can retrieve your Card number online by clicking here. If not, contact us and we will help you with your Card number. To get in touch with us, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Contact us!
How long does it take for Miles to appear in my Account?
The Miles you get from shopping at one of our Partners or purchases made for cash (or cash + miles) from our website, will appear in your Account within about 60 days from your purchase date. Bonus miles can take up to 120 days. Keep an eye on your Account transactions on airmiles.ca. Your Miles are on the way!
