BMO AIR MILES No-Fee Business Mastercard Terms & Conditions
1. BMO AIR MILES® No Fee Business Mastercard®* applications must be received between June 18, 2025 and June 12, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). Up to 2,000 AIR MILES Bonus Miles offer is limited to new BMO AIR MILES No Fee Business Mastercard Accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES No Fee Business Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO Business Mastercard customers who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible. 2,000 Bonus Miles will be awarded when you spend $3,000 in net card purchases (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) in the first three (3) months from the account open date and will be applied to your Collector Account within forty-five (45) days after qualifying, provided that your credit card account is open and in good standing. The 2,000 Bonus Miles will appear on your BMO credit card statement. Cardholders of BMO AIR MILES Mastercard and BMO AIR MILES No-Fee Business Mastercard (“Eligible Cardholders”) enjoy automatic AIR MILES Gold collector status and have access to the corresponding benefits as long as they remain Eligible Cardholders (“Partner Designation”). Should their BMO AIR MILES Mastercard cardholder status terminate, then requalification for Gold collector status is based on their collection of 500 eligible Reward Miles in a calendar year. Should they qualify for Onyx collector status based on their collection of 5,000 eligible Miles in a calendar year, then the Onyx collector status supersedes the Partner Designation. 12. Blue collectors can transfer up to 500 Reward Miles™ per calendar year between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts. For greater clarity, the limit of 500 Miles is cumulative; all transfers from Cash to Dream and from Dream to Cash will contribute to the total annual limit. AIR MILES Gold® collectors can transfer up to 3,000 Reward Miles™ per day between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts. AIR MILES Onyx collectors can transfer an unlimited number of Reward Miles between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts per calendar year. There is a daily transfer limit of 3,500 Miles between a collector’s AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts through the AIR MILES website and app’s digital Transfer Miles feature. Onyx collectors can transfer more than the daily digital limit of 3,500 Miles by calling AIR MILES Customer Care and completing verification requirements. There is no fee associated with the Transfer Miles feature between a collector’s Cash and Dream accounts. To use the Transfer Miles feature, first log in to your AIR MILES account on airmiles.ca or in the AIR MILES App and visit the Transfer Miles page. Then, select the transfer type (Cash to Dream or Dream to Cash), enter the amount of Miles you wish to transfer and confirm the transfer by clicking the “transfer” button. Once confirmed, transfers are final; reversing the transfer will be considered a second transfer and will contribute to the annual transfer limit applicable to Blue collectors. 13. Starting in 2025, an exclusive Travel discount will be available for AIR MILES Gold and Onyx collectors during one month in a calendar year, as defined by AIR MILES. The discount will be available as a ‘Travel Month’ offer and can be used for a maximum of one booking per eligible collector done through AIR MILES Travel during that month. Discount will take the form of the lower of: (a) the applicable percentage Dream Miles discount (30% for Gold collectors or 40% for Onyx collectors), or (b) the applicable maximum discount (250 Dream Miles for Gold collectors or 500 Dream Miles for Onyx collectrs). Collector must have active Gold or Onyx status at the time of the offer period to be eligible for the offer. Offer will be subject to terms and conditions which will be made available during the offer period.

b) BMO AIR MILES® World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* applications must be received between June 18, 2025 and June 12, 2026 (the “Offer Period”) to be eligible for the AIR MILES Bonus Miles and Annual Fee Refund offers (each an “Offer” and collectively the “Offers”). Offers are limited to new accounts. Existing BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard customers who cancel their card during the Offer Period, and existing BMO credit card cardholders who transfer into this product during the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offers.
Up to 8,000 AIR MILES Bonus Miles (up to $840 in value with Cash Miles)
Eligible approved applicants will receive:
i. A bonus of 3,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 110 days after the credit card account open date after you spend a minimum of $5,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 3 months after the account open date.
ii. A further bonus of an additional 2,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 180 days after the account open date when you spend a minimum of $18,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 6 months after the account open date.
iii. An additional bonus of 3,000 Bonus Miles will be applied the primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account 365 days after the account open date when you spend $35,000 (less refunds and excluding cash advances, cash-like transactions, interest charges, fees, credit or debit adjustments) within the first 365 days after the account open date.
iv. All Bonus Miles are credited in accordance with the set balance preference (between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances) at the time of posting. The AIR MILES Bonus Miles Offer is subject to the AIR MILES Reward Program Terms and Conditions. Limit of one AIR MILES Bonus Miles Welcome Offer per Collector Number.
Please allow up to 8 weeks after the conditions for each element of the offer are fulfilled for the Bonus Miles to be credited to your AIR MILES primary Credit Cardholder’s Collector Account provided the account is open and in good standing. If the Credit Card is cancelled within 365 days from the date it was opened, all Bonus Miles earned within that period may be cancelled.
c) Annual Fee Waiver Offer ($149 in value): The primary cardholder annual fee of $149 will be waived in the first year and will appear as a fee and a credit on the primary cardholders first statement. After the first year, the annual fee will appear on your Credit Card statement twelve (12) months after the Credit Card open date. The Annual Fee Waiver Offer does not apply to the Additional Card annual fee.
d) Premium benefits including five free virtual care visits on Maple shared by you ($520 based on the approximate annual value of 5 GP). Maple’s physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals are Canadian licensed and practice in their respective fields right here in Canada. If a cardholder is outside of their province of residence or abroad, they can still access their visits on Maple and connect with these professionals. The primary cardholder and a co-owner (if applicable) on the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account, will each receive an onboarding email from Maple within the first 14 days the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is opened. The primary cardholder and co-owner must register through this email invite in order to access their covered visits and are subject to the terms provided by Maple for use of its services. So long as BMO offers eligible cardholders access to this benefit, the 5 covered visits will renew every calendar year (January to December). If the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is closed, the primary cardholder and co-owner forfeit any covered visits that have not been used.

26. Maple’s physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals are Canadian licensed and practice in their respective fields right here in Canada. If a cardholder is outside of their province of residence or abroad, they can still access their visits on Maple and connect with these professionals. For an additional fee, Maple also offers access to a wide variety of specialists such as dermatologists and endocrinologists. The primary cardholder and a co-owner (if applicable) on the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account, will each receive an onboarding email from Maple within the first 14 days the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is opened. The primary cardholder and co-owner must register through this email invite in order to access their covered visits and are subject to the terms provided by Maple for use of its services. So long as BMO offers eligible cardholders access to this benefit, the 5 covered visits will renew every calendar year (January to December). If the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is closed, the primary cardholder and co-owner forfeit any covered visits that have not been used.
27. For BMO World Elite Business Mastercard and BMO World Elite AIR MILES Business Mastercard credit card products: The name, language preference, and email address of the owner (and co-owner, as applicable) will be shared with Maple, so that Maple can send the owner(s) an email invitation to create their Maple account for access to 5 free virtual care visits (you can choose to connect with a doctor in minutes). Registration is optional. Maple is a Canadian virtual care provider offering access to online doctors, virtual healthcare & prescriptions in Canada. 28. Cardholders of the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard, BMO AIR MILES Business Mastercard and BMO AIR MILES Small Business World Elite Mastercard (“Eligible Cardholders”) enjoy automatic AIR MILES Onyx collector status and have access to the corresponding benefits as long as they remain Eligible Cardholders (“Partner Designation”). Should their Eligible Cardholder status terminate, then requalification for Onyx collector status is based on their collection of 5,000 eligible Reward Miles in a calendar year. Eligible Miles are collected in connection with qualifying purchases made at participating AIR MILES partners; see the partner listing section on airmiles.ca. Certain Miles do not count towards the minimum 5,000 eligible Mile requirement (“Exclusions”). Exclusions include, but are not limited to, refunded Miles, transferred Miles, any Miles collected through an employee incentive program, and Miles collected in connection with any specifically excluded offer. 29. Blue collectors can transfer up to 500 Reward Miles™ per calendar year between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts. For greater clarity, the limit of 500 Miles is cumulative; all transfers from Cash to Dream and from Dream to Cash will contribute to the total annual limit. AIR MILES Gold® collectors can transfer up to 3,000 Reward Miles™ per day between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts. AIR MILES Onyx collectors can transfer an unlimited number of Reward Miles between their AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts per calendar year. There is a daily transfer limit of 3,500 Miles between a collector’s AIR MILES Cash and Dream Accounts through the AIR MILES website and app’s digital Transfer Miles feature. Onyx collectors can transfer more than the daily digital limit of 3,500 Miles by calling AIR MILES Customer Care and completing verification requirements. There is no fee associated with the Transfer Miles feature between a collector’s Cash and Dream accounts. To use the Transfer Miles feature, first log in to your AIR MILES account on airmiles.ca or in the AIR MILES App and visit the Transfer Miles page. Then, select the transfer type (Cash to Dream or Dream to Cash), enter the amount of Miles you wish to transfer and confirm the transfer by clicking the “transfer” button. Once confirmed, transfers are final; reversing the transfer will be considered a second transfer and will contribute to the annual transfer limit applicable to Blue collectors. AIR MILES reserves the right to revise or amend the Transfer Miles limit or to revise, pause, or cancel the Transfer Miles feature in part or in whole at any time without prior notice to you. 30. Starting in 2025, an exclusive Travel discount will be available for AIR MILES Gold and Onyx collectors during one month in a calendar year, as defined by AIR MILES. The discount will be available as a ‘Travel Month’ offer and can be used for a maximum of one booking per eligible collector done through AIR MILES Travel during that month. Discount will take the form of the lower of: (a) the applicable percentage Dream Miles discount (30% for Gold collectors or 40% for Onyx collectors), or (b) the applicable maximum discount (250 Dream Miles for Gold collectors or 500 Dream Miles for Onyx collectors). Collector must have active Gold or Onyx status at the time of the offer period to be eligible for the offer. Offer will be subject to terms and conditions which will be made available during the offer period.

Eligible BMO AIR MILES Mastercard cardholders are linked by default and therefore are automatically eligible for card-linked offers.
32. Get Miles twice when you use your BMO AIR MILES Mastercard and show your AIR MILES card at AIR MILES partners. The amount of Miles you collect depends on the earn rate offered by the AIR MILES partner and the earn rate offered on your BMO AIR MILES credit card.
